Meditations

All the meditations have been chanelled through Sheila Appleton

When preparing to meditate find a quiet, relaxing space.  Switch off all telephones; light a candle and play some soft relaxing music. 

Take several deep breaths; as you exhale relaxation within the body will be felt. Continuing with the deep breathing will help maintain a relaxed state of being.  It is now time to begin your meditation.  ​
